Louise Schindler
PhD student
Lausanne University Hospital
I am currently a first-year PhD candidate at the FemiLab in Lausanne, and my project aims to examine sex differences in brain ageing, with a particular focus on risk factors such as psychiatric conditions or cardiovascular health, using large-scale population cohorts such as the UK Biobank. Prior to this PhD, I completed a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol (2020), and a MSc in Translational Neuroscience at Imperial College London (2021).
