Laura Stankeviciute

PhD candidate working in the area of early Alzheimer’s disease diagnostics and prevention, with a focus on the risk factors. Specifically, I am investigating the role of sleep in the preclinical stages of the disease. By using multimodal neuroimaging tools, fluid biomarkers (CSF), and cognitive measures I strive to understand the underlying mechanisms linking sleep alterations to structural and functional characteristics of AD pathology, as well as its clinical applications based on cognition.
