University of Oslo
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Norwegian Centre for Mental Disorders Research (Norway). Before that, I completed my PhD in the department of psychiatry & addictology at Université de Montréal (Canada) and a master thesis in biochemistry at Université de Sherbrooke (Canada). My PhD work aimed to better understand the (neuro)developmental factors involved in the onset of eating disorders symptoms during adolescence. My work as a postdoc builds upon this, seeking to improve our understanding of the genetic and neurobiological factors related to mental disorders, especially among youths. The approaches that allow me to study these phenomena include longitudinal data analysis, clinical psychology assessments, brain imaging, genetics and epigenetics.
