I hold a B.Sc. in Neuroscience and Mental Health, as well as a B.A. in Health Psychology from Carleton University. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at McGill University with a clinical interest in Neuropsychology. My Ph.D. research focuses on investigating the impact of cardiovascular function and autonomic activity on cognitive function in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Additionally, I am exploring the potential of a brief mindfulness intervention to mitigate the cognitive and cardiovascular effects associated with PCOS.
